Each estate's Hunter run signs a statement at close-out with the office key hunter-2026-09. The statement lists the ledger event ids it was built from; the archive serves each statement byte-identical to what was posted. Model Context Protocol (MCP) door checks come from PADEL's sealed packs and the edge instrument. The consolidated office statement is at /.well-known/statement.json.
